With over 25 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, including more than eight years specializing in dermatology, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her patients. She has worked in general medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology, including assisting with advanced procedures like Mohs micrographic surgery. Melissa currently provides care for patients managing medical conditions such as vitiligo, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis through phototherapy, while also treating precancerous skin lesions with photodynamic light therapy (PDT). In addition, she administers biologic injectable medications and is highly skilled in cosmetic procedures such as Aerolase laser treatments, SkinPen Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Emsculpt for body contouring.

Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors and visiting the Upper Peninsula with her family and friends. She is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, helping her patients achieve healthier, more confident skin.
