Before You Book
If you don’t see your preferred date or time available online, it usually means that provider is fully booked or unavailable that day.
All online appointments are considered requests and are not finalized until you receive confirmation from our office. Our team will review your submission and follow up to officially secure your visit.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will results in a $50 fee ($100 for procedures). These fees are not covered by insurance and must be paid before future visits.
