Don’t see your preferred date or time? That provider may be fully booked or unavailable that day. Additional appointment options may be available by phone.
Need to be seen sooner? Same-day and next-day appointments may be available. Call our office at 248-963-5915 to check current availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 fee ($100 for procedures). These fees are not covered by insurance and must be paid before future visits.
